Overview

During my internship at Passerelles Numériques Vietnam, I contributed to key design projects that supported the organization's branding and communication efforts. My main responsibilities included designing brochures used by high-level managers in meetings with key partners and developing social media content in collaboration with the Marketing team.

My work was well-received, with my design mentors offering minimal feedback compared to other interns, as my designs consistently met all requirements. Additionally, some of my social media graphics were integrated into the organization's design system as references for future designers and even adopted by the Passerelles Numériques team in Madagascar.

Brochure & Slide Deck Design:
I was tasked with designing professional brochure and slide decks which would be used by high-level managers in meetings with key partners. These materials were created to effectively communicate the organization’s mission, impact, and initiatives while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. I worked closely with senior staff to refine the content and visual presentation, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and engagement.

Social Media Content:
In addition to print materials, I collaborated with the Marketing team to design social media content for the organization’s official pages. My graphics were well-received by mentors and later integrated into their design system as references for future designers.

Evaluation

This internship was instrumental in refining my ability to create high-impact visual materials for various professional contexts. I learned to receive feedback and collaborate effectively within a design team, balancing my creative vision with the constraints of the organization’s design system.

Working with senior managers and cross-functional teams, I developed my communication skills and my ability to tailor my designs to meet the needs of different stakeholders. Additionally, I applied and expanded my skills in content creation and graphic design, delivering polished, purpose-driven visuals that aligned with the organization’s branding.

Moving forward, I aspire to further develop my creative abilities in graphic design and product design roles that will allow me to contribute my creative vision while supporting the goals and identity of an organization.
